Coaching in conflict situations
A conflict rarely involves just one person and a discussion with all those involved is often necessary in order to end and resolve the matter. However, this is not always possible, but even on your own you can positively influence the situation by consciously changing your own behaviour. It is important to discuss the events leading up to the conflict, your own needs, interests and options. This can help you to find clarity in the confusion (be it a key part of conflict dynamics), gain self-assurance and discover new solutions.

Preparing difficult talks
Some talks, which need to be held, are difficult and complex. Just the sheer thought of it and the worry, in case it goes wrong or results in misunderstandings, can make us break out in a cold sweat.
In order to discuss difficult topics successfully you need inner clarity, the ability to adapt and prepare yourself and good communication skills. These are three keystones, which we can develop together to help you to master difficult talks.

Intercultural Coaching
Media globalisation and holidays abroad have brought the world and its many different cultures closer together. For this reason we’re even more alarmed when we realise how quickly misunderstandings arise, that we don’t understand certain things or aren’t understood by others. Soon we realise that visiting foreign countries on holiday is a different kettle of fish to living and working together with people from other countries and cultures on a day-to-day basis.
In a purpose-made coaching session you can prepare yourself for these challenges and discuss difficult situations. Insight into the cultural specifities of our own perception and behaviour as well as into the processes of intercultural communication can help to prevent or explain many misunderstandings. This can help you to gain new confidence in communicating and working in a foreign context or with a different culture.
